Forty Fort Borough wishes to report that Judge Tina Gartley of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas has denied Robert Craig’s, Tony Smith’s and Robert Swaback’s Post-Trial Motion. That means those individuals are not being awarded the other things they had requested of Judge Gartley which she previously denied. They are still not receiving attorney’s fees which they sought in the amount of $60,000.00, getting a different solicitor than Atty. Anderson, or having all of the Commission’s work post-7/1/24 invalidated.
